Mint Chip Nog
yields one mug or glass full of minty chippy smoothie
recipe may be easily doubled as shown in photo, tripled, or quadrupled
Fun for holiday entertaining or an afternoon pickup!
Place in high-powered bender:
1 large frozen Banana,
thawed about 5 minutes, sliced into large chunks, and peeled
1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs
1 Tablespoon Coconut Butter
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil
1/2 cup Water
Blend on medium speed until bananas are completely incorporated,
being careful not to over blend to allow the cacao nibs to add their crunch!
Pour into mug or glass.
Enjoy!
