It is with tremendous love and gratitude

that I share with you the message of

Greeting The Night,

a nightly practice of positive affirmations and gratitude.

By taking time to ourselves each night

to reflect on our lives and our paths,

we align ourselves with our own inner magic,

infusing ourselves with our own inner wisdom.

Greeting The Night

May my tired body rest.

May my heart fill with joy as I reflect on my day.

May I thank those who greeted me with their goods and their services.

May I thank those who greeted me with their warmth and their kindness.

May I thank those who greeted me

with their lips and their love as we travel this life together.

There are many layers to my world.

And many others who need me.

But now is a time for me to be with myself for a moment

and to reflect on my life and my path.

May I adjust my course so that I am always

on the path of bright lights that guide me.

May my challenges melt as I rise to meet them.

May I live a life of loving harmony with myself and with others.

May my family and I continue to receive protection during the night.

May those who are helping me, and teaching me, and protecting me,

feel my love for them and my gratitude.

May I be a being of love so that all around me feel this loving energy.

May my lessons be learned and my teachers be thanked.

May I grow in my ability to see these lessons and to understand their meanings.

May I hear my heart sing as I feel myself begin to transform.

May I heal myself from all past wounds.

May I release the anger that I hold on to.

May I release the pain and the fear from all I have experienced.

May I hear my heart sing as I feel a new me begin to emerge.

May I grow in my ability to love myself and others.

May I grow in my ability to forgive myself and others.

May I grow in my ability to laugh and to play and to rejoice.

May I hear my heart sing as I feel my whole being begin to blossom.

May I be a being of creativity.

May my world be a world of magical excitement

as I create the unique life I came here to enjoy.

May I grow in my ability to recognize my own unlimited powers of creation,

to express my own signature energy,

and to discover my own divine blueprint.

As my body rests, may my soul continue to learn and to grow.

May my time of sleep be a time of renewal

so that I may greet the dawn with an even greater passion for this life I am living.
